Dale and Justin are two amazing individuals. RWI really stands behind their product. I had a manufacture defect on one of my wheels that I was going to live with. However, I mention the issue to Dale and Justin and they literally had a new wheel shipped to my home from the time we spoke to arrival in less than 72 hours. It is really satisfying to know a company who not only stands behind their product, but will react so quickly! I will not use any other wheel and I would recommend RWI to everyone!!
