Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is unused and in its original packaging. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note that gift cards, sticker packs and tear off packs are non-returnable.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at sales@rwimotorsports.com along with your order number (e.g. RO#1234) and instructions will be emailed to you. 

Once we receive your unused item in its original packaging, we will send you an email notification and process your refund within 3 days. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and/or your bank. If you still require assistance, please reach out to us at sales@rwimotorsports.com.

Please note that sale items are non-refundable, and we only exchange unused items in their original packaging.
